This Umbrian country property is situated in San Sabino, Spoleto area, close to the convent Madonna di Costantinopoli. It comprises 3 restructured country houses divided into apartments. Near the main residence is a beautiful swimming pool (12x5m), a solarium, a patio, an archery field, a playground, tennis table and mountain bikes. There is outside furniture, a barbecue and a veranda. Various sports are available locally including game shooting, fishing, (including a no-kill zone), various walks, riding, gliding, rafting, canoeing, bungee jumping etc. Immersed in a true oasis of peace and tranquility this property is also a perfect spot to visit Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, Visso and the Planes of Castelluccio, slightly further afield lie Perugia and Assisi.
