Three-roomed flat, sleeps 4+2, on two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. In the lounge (28 square metres), another two people can sleep, and there are also one fireplace and one bathroom with shower.

This is a beautiful farmhouse complex at the centre of a 'green' agricultural estate. Situated on hilltop at 120 metres above sea level, in the heart of Tuscany, on the hills forming the boundary between Florence and Pisa, it is located in a dominating position overlooking vineyards , woodland and the typical Tuscan panorama dotted with farmhouses and small hamlets in the distance. The farmhouse is surrounded by about 50 hectares of Chianti vineyards, olive groves and small woods that allow long and healthy walks. The apartments are nicely furnished in typical Tuscan style and are very pleasant and comfortable. The owner has personally directed the restoration of the house and her impeccable taste in colours and fabrics is seen throughout. Use of soft "Siena yellow" adds to the luminosity of the ground floor furnishings, and stands out from the woodbeamed ceilings, brickwork and cotto floors. The estate consists of 11 apartments (two and three-roomed apartments). Well furnished, each apartment has a kitchen with a little oven, refrigerator, and hot plates; besides the lounge-kitchen the two-roomed flat comprises one bedroom with shower, while the three- roomed apartments consist of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Each apartment is individually furnished with period furniture. The price includes satellite TV, a safe-deposit box, and the bed linen and towels. On the ground floor there is the reception area, a big lounge, and a room to show and sell the estate produce: a good Chianti wine, the estate extra-virgin olive oil, and the olive patè deriving from our prized biological cultivation. About 50 metres from the flats there are a tiled swimming pool and another one for children, about 14 metres by 7; it is surrounded by a brick-floor, beach umbrellas and deckchairs to relax. In the surroundings there is a play park for children. The building is surrounded by well-kept green grass, where there is a nice rural art collection of ancient farm tools.
