Four first class Tuscany apartments in two most attractive restored farmhouses in the Chianti hills ( 300 m.above sea level), surrounded by extensive grounds and close by a gate with an internal car park. Located between between Florence and Arezzo. An ideal base for exploring the surroundings on foot or mountain bike, or for visiting the Tuscan art cities. Approx 30m from the properties there is a large, covered terrace furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue, and at a lower level, there is the panoramic swimming pool (12 m x 6 m, depth 1.45/2.00m, open 1 May - 30 Sept) with deck chairs & parasols. All apartments are equipped with a microwave, and an American coffee machine. Upon request and for a fee, a wellness programme is possible. Washing machine shared by all guests against payment of €5 per usage. Excellent furnishings. Public Tel, restaurant & various shops in the village – 2.6 km, Riding and Tennis – 6 km, Arezzo – 39 km, Florence – 52 km, Siena – 41 km, Pisa – 129 km, Beaches of the Maremma – 130 km, Lucca – 135km.
