Type I, Ground Floor: Living/dining room with kitchenette; double bedroom; twin bedroom; shower/WC; washing machine; large terrace. All rooms facing the sea which can be seen over the pine trees. Sat-TV. This apartment is closer to the road and is not recommended for August due to traffic noise in that month even though the bedrooms are quieter than the kitchen/dining room.

This property with its three apartments and wonderful, panoramic view lies amid the idyllic greenery above the Bay of Castellabate. The long sandy beach of Pozzillo is 350 metres away and the town centre of Santa Maria is about 900 metres (15 minutes walk) away. Nevertheless a car is recommended when staying at this property. The house has just been tastefully restored. The three air-conditioned apartments are independent of each other, well furnished with a washing machine available in each. There are two floors with one apartmnet for 4 people on the ground floor, and two apartments on the first floor (one for 4 people and one for 5 people with a larger private terrace with seaview). From the terrace of the larger apartment on the first floor there is a fantastic view of the sea. Note that a quite busy coast road passes beneath the terrace and there is some noise heard from the property and we do not therefore rent the lower apartment in August. Shops and restaurants are to be found in the centre of Santa Maria. The station in Agropoli is approx. 15km away, Naples approx. 120km, Salerno approx. 65km.
