This farmhouse complex is situated in the centre of Umbria, between Assisi and Perugia, Todi and Montefalco and dates back well into the last centry. As a result of detailed renovation, the farmhouses have have been converted into bedrooms and apartments which are unique due to the beauty of the interiors and the natural beauty of the area in which they are situated. There are 8 apartments in the main farmhouse and the double bedrooms are in the smaller farmhouse facing the olive grove. The residence is immersed in a countryside which is still unspoilt, on the top of a hill, at an altitude of four hundred and fifty metres, in a unique, quiet and panoramic position. The property's owners will welcome you as they have decided to live on the estate so that, on your arrival, you can find a home environment, without giving up your privacy and your independence. This lovely property offers several possibilities for the people who want to have some physical activity. From the swimming pool (open 15.05 to 30.09), to mountain biking, or trekking on foot along the numerous paths around the farm. But if you like horseriding, in the nearby riding area you can take lessons. Also nearby: sport fishing(1.5 km), horse riding(4 km), tennis (4 km), excursions to a zoo-geography farm (1.5 km), parco del sole (10 km), rafting (40km). The nearest town is Bettona (market, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurant) which is about 8-9km away. There is a restaurant available on the estate for all meals when you don’t feel like cooking or going out, run by the owners who are on hand to give advice and provide a much more of a welcome than many country estates.
