About the property: The two Cilento houses of La Punta stand approx. 100m apart at the tip of the Licosa Peninsula, opposite the island of the same name. These are ideal for people that want a holiday in nature, surrounded by trees and with views from a rocky and rugged coastline. The apartments each consist of two rustically and functionally furnished ground floor apartments, and one first floor apartment. They are situated in a park with Mediterranean trees. The picturesque, peaceful location, is set amid greenery and directly by the sea, with small stony and rock beaches. The beautiful views from the rugged coastline make these properties particularly charming. Swimming and snorkelling is possible for good swimmers at an easily accessible, small shingle bay, approx. 100m away. You can walk along the quiet private access road (approx 2.5 km) to San Marco. There is a sandy beach 4km away. Shopping approx. 7km away. Not available for rent during August
