This Umbrian villa is located close to a considerable amount of well known Italian cultural and artistic places, such as Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Rome, Florence and Siena. An original Roman cistern and a small chapel, dating back to the year 1300, are important signs of the past of this area. The property is surrounded by woods, olives trees, vineyards, and a wonderful view of nearby countryside with corn fields, sunflowers fields and olive trees. Peace and relaxation are guarantees in the heart of the Italian countryside. A beautiful swimming pool is set in the mature garden. The farmhouse is divided into two floors; the ground floor is split into two separate apartments. The first floor has one big apartment. The apartments are equipped with all the modern comforts: open fireplaces, outdoor wood powered oven, barbecues, washing machines, dishwashers, safes, individual heating, telephone, satellite TV, etc.
