About the property: This Sicilian property is in the countryside near Floridia (1km to the centre), due west of Syracuse and approximately 19km from the beaches and approx. 50 minutes drive from Catania airport.

You can relax here in a calm oasis surrounded by citrus plantations but within easy reach of Syracusa and the coast. This is a small residence made up of 3 apartments (a two-roomed apartment and 2 three-roomed apartments). It has been built in the traditional white Mediterranean style, and the property is encircled by many palms which frame the very large (18 m) shared swimming pool. The interior design is comfortable and of good quality. Each apartment has air-conditioning, with a terrace/veranda and a parking area inside the property.
