About the property: This beautiful country hotel with both suites and apartments, is set in the heart of Umbria near Assisi, Perugia. The hotel is also a farm which produces fine virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables and fruit.

The area offers guests peace and relaxation, glorious views, lovely walks, a magnificent pool and beautiful accommodation. There are 8 immaculate suites sleeping 2 to 4 people and also 5 new apartments for 2008. The suites are part of the hotel and suitable for couples or adults requiring peace and relaxation around the hotel swimming pool. The apartments are 200 m away with their own pool and more suitable for families also requiring peace and relaxation.

The suites are spacious and comfortable double or twin bedrooms, with an ensuite shower room and a separate living/ dining room with sofa bed and small mini bar.

The furniture is made from polished wood and has been hand made right down to the soap holders and towel racks. There are also pretty embroidered hand sewn "Punto di Assisi" curtains.

There is a lovely swimming pool by the hotel (the other one by the apartments), jacuzzi and sun terrace furnished with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas in the garden. The pools are open from 01.05 to 04.10. The residence also has an enchanting secluded chapel. Weddings for around 30 guests can be arranged in this chapel for guests staying at the property as long as significant advanced notice is given.

This is a wonderful area to explore on foot or by mountain bikes which are provided free of charge. There is also archery and bocce.

The surrounding green hillside offers panoramic views over the plain and Assisi. Perugia is only 20 minutes away, and just a small distance further are Montefalco and Spello. Other towns include Deruta (famous for ceramics), Gubbio, fabulous Todi and Cortona which are also less than an hour away.
