This lovely property with a swimming pool is set amongst the gentle rolling hills of Valdichiana, Tuscany. There is a direct view over the town of Cortona. The residence comprises four comfortable apartments each with an independent entrance, TV, BBQ, washing machine and dishwasher. Each apartment is furnished with antique pieces and has a private garden space available, either covered or uncovered, right next to the court. All spaces are fitted with tables and chairs and guests may peacefully eat their meals outdoors. The pool (7 m x 14 m) is situated in a commanding position overlooking the court and is fitted with showers and changeing rooms; it is shared by all four apartments.
