DESCRIPTION

This Villa is set in the marine zone of Ognina, just a few km from Fontane Bianche, near Syracuse and only a few steps from the beach. It also has a 10 metre swimming pool only for the use of guests!

Ognina is known for its particular “plate rocks”, where access to the sea is easy, and you can comfortably lie down to sunbathe. This area has good facilities, since there are bars, pizzerias, and during the warm season, you can buy various kind, fruits, fresh fish...

The property has three bedrooms and is set in a quiet residential holiday area and has a beautiful garden, well cared for and full of Mediterranean plants. There are two villas for rent with a shared pool which divides the two villas. The swimming pool is oval in shape and matches the level of the house.
