This lovely Ligurian style country farm nestles between lively Versilia beaches and the spectacular scenery of the Cinque Terre and is only 5km away from the Tirreno coast and the "Alpi Apuane", close to the Magra river park. The estate spreads over 7 hectares on the hillsides of Castelnuovo Magra. Here, vines and olives are cultivated to produce extra virgin oil, honey, jam, organic vegetables and eggs. The heart of this country farm is an old farmhouse renovated in Ligurian traditional style. Guest can enjoy spacious areas, inside & outside. All apartments are equipped with bathrooms, heating and air conditioning system. Each apartment has its own terrace or courtyard. The rooms are very spacious and bright and are elegantly furnished with warm colours to a high standard. The whole property is made up by two ancient farm houses; all the apartments have en suite bathroom, heating with individual control, air conditioning; all of them, with the exclusion of Apartment Edera, have direct access to the garden area. Guests can easily reach the beaches by car and the unpolluted green hills around by cycling (mountain bikes are always at their disposal). Also available ping-pong, barbecue and car parking. A magnificent swimming pool 6 x 16 is open from end of May to end of September.
