5 Easy Steps to booking with Authentic Italy

Availability/Booking Request

Choose the accommodation you would like and fill in a request form to check availability.

Availability Confirmation

Authentic Italy will advise you of current availability within 1 to 48 hours. (We check direct with the owner/agent in Italy so please allow a short time for us to liaise with Italy).

Booking Form

Once availability is confirmed, click on the link in the email sent to you to register your intention to book. It the property is unavailable, we are happy to find you alternative similar accommodation for the dates requested.

Hold Option to Book

Authentic Italy will ask the owner/agent in Italy to hold the property for you for 36 hours with an Option to Book. We will let you know immediately when this has been secured.

Option to Book Confirmation

Once the Option to Book is confirmed, we will ask you to pay a deposit (25% or minimum £100 whichever is the greater). Note: The Option will expire after 36 hours.

You may pay the deposit on line via the secure Barclaycard system. Booking confirmation will be sent to you together with details of when the balance is due (8 weeks before the arrival date).

The balance may be paid either by cheque or by debit/maestro (switch) or credit card by calling us direct on 01527 597 553.
