It is set in an outstanding location high on a cliff overlooking the sea and the beautiful scenery of the coastline and the small islands of I Galli directly in front of the property. There is surrounding luxuriant nature with pines, olives groves, citrus and fruit trees. This property can be rented separately or together with the another apartment to accommodate a total of 8. The 2 independent properties are connected via 15 external stairs and have shared use of a lovely, big sun roof terrace (180 m2) situated above the apartment which is adorned with potted flowers, sun loungers, swings, rocking chair with cushions and dining tables which are available for sun-bathing and relaxing for all guests. A swimming pool (7m x 3m) is also shared by both apartments (open 10/05 to 25/10). The interior of the villa is comfortably furnished and opens onto a beautiful terrace which runs the length of the apartment. This apartment is on the middle level and has its own private terrace; the kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and the sitting room all have doors opening on this balcony. The owners live in a lower level, do not intrude but will help in any way they can. When the apartment is rented the owners do not use either the sun terrace or the swimming pool. Distances: A short bus ride takes guests to Positano town centre and beaches (3 km) - the shuttle bus runs every 2 hours; Sorrento (further facilities, hospital, train to Naples) 22 km, Amalfi 15 km, Ravello 25 km, Pompei 55 km. Bus stop marked SITA to Amalfi (40 min ) and Sorrento (45 mins ), and shuttle bus to Positano on the main road; to the right of the main beach numerous ferries and hydrofoils run daily between Positano and Capri (50 min), Ischia (75 min), Naples (50 min), Amalfi (30 min) and Salerno ( ½ h ). Shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques etc are situated in the town centre. Airport: Naples 60 km, Rome (Fiumicino) 267 Km.
