Puglia (also known as Apulia) is a great place for renting a holiday villa. Puglia is the most southeastern region of Italy, in the so-called 'boot of Italy'. The characteristic white houses of the old town are reached by narrow streets and pretty steps leading up the hill; these are often decorated with archways, vaults and verandas.
