Trappeto was formally a fishing village near to Castellammare and Palermo (Airport Punta Raisi 20 km; Town 40 km) in Sicily. There are excursions to the historical centre of Castellamare which has a Spanish and Arabian origin. Palermo the capital of the island also has some interesting buildings.
