It is very important to us that our customers enjoy their Authentic Italy holiday, so we always include a customer questionnaire with the information packs that we send to clients, asking them for feedback about their stay. This questionnaire includes a range of questions about the Italy Villa, Italy Apartment or Italy self catering holiday accommodation that they rent as well as the level of service received. The scores that can be given range from 5 (excellent) to 3 (Good) and down to 1 (Poor).
Our Team at Authentic Italy always strive to satisfy customers and meet or exceed their expectations. To this end our objective is to gain scores mostly of 4 (Very Good) or 5 (Excellent) for the Italian holiday accommodation, with 3 (Good) being the minimum acceptable target. In terms of service then only scores of 4 or 5 and positive comments are acceptable.
Any Italian Villas and Italian apartments not achieving the desired objectives and where negative comments are given are fully investigated and corrective action taken. Should an owner or local agent not take corrective action or achieve the minimum acceptable standards then the holiday rental properties are removed from our program. This constantly ensures that we offer and maintain the highest standards possible based on customer feedback.
The questionnaires received back from clients are scanned into our database (names removed for confidentiality) and placed in this section for you to see them as completed by our customers. The scores and handwritten comments are scans of the original documents, so it is 'your' customer feedback that is presented.
Our success is based on us offering Authentic Italian holiday accommodation to rent in the form of vacation villas, apartments and self catering accommodation in Italy, Sicily and Sardinia. This success is also based on offering holiday rental apartments in Rome, Venice and Florence maintained to high standards. So it is your feedback that allows us to constantly strive for high standards and our success is dependent on you and your feedback!
